Yes, it is. Actually one of the largest homes on arguably the best lot in the community. The setting is spectacular too. Rivermoore Park has an 8+ acre park that runs along the Chattahoochee River in Suwannee. Fabulous schools and a great community. We currently have it under contract but we have others coming up later this spring.

These homes are absolutely gorgeous. Do Atlanta homes generally use tile flooring or wood floors? The value, compared to what we pay up North in Westchester County is amazing. Great photo of a warm and welcoming room.

That N. Point Way house on top is beautiful. It is also amazing how the green grass in the first picture makes the house so much more appealing than the house in the second picture.
